Festival Week: Thur 14th, Fri 15th, Sat 16th, Sun 17th of October 2010.
You must produce your confirmation email from us, with satisfactory ID proof on arrival at our office. You will then receive your appropriate verified pass for the Festival. Payments are to be made Online, Personal Cheque or Crossed Postal Order only.

If you wish to pay by cheque or crossed postal order then please send the payment by Recorded Delivery through Royal Mail. We do not accept liability for payments lost in the post if the payment was not sent by the above service. You may be required to give your name, address and an email address for ticket sale requirements only. We do not give any personal details to third party agents.
Only in the event of the cancellation of the BSFF will a refund of ticket purchase(s) be offered. You will then be refunded your ticket costs only in full by your original method of payment.
Tickets are for sale to those aged 18 and over only, as the venues are 18+ unless otherwise stated. If you are under 18 and choose to buy a ticket and are then refused entry, you will not be refunded. (Bring ID as this may be required by the venue staff and management). Right of Admission may be Refused at any time.
The Bram Stoker Film Festival staff or any of its clients will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour and appropriate measures will be taken against the aggressor(s)
The Movies and Artistes playing at BSFF and the running order are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice.

We reserve the right to alter our ticket prices without notice. Tickets are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your ticket order cannot be fulfilled then you will be refunded your ticket costs only in full by your original method of payment. Tickets are non refundable or transferable to a third party.
