Festival Policy
WE WILL NOT SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE.BRAM STOKER FILM FESTIVAL & 666 GOREFEST hereinafter called the BSFF respects the privacy of all of its users and is committed to protecting such privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains BSFF`s treatment of your personally identifiable information collected in connection with your activities on or related to all BSFF`s websites referencing this Privacy Policy (the "BSFF Sites") and all services made available on the BSFF Sites (collectively, unless noted otherwise, the "BSFF Services"). This Privacy Policy also explains how you can ask questions and make suggestions about our privacy practices and review and update your personal information.
We urge you to read this Privacy Policy carefully and to check back periodically as this Privacy Policy may change form time to time. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or websites which are not owned or controlled by BSFF.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
In the course of operating the BSFF Services, we may collect two types of information about our users: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. "Personal Information" is personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, birth date and gender. Personal Information is collected by us when you choose to provide it to us when registering for a BSFF Service, such as when you choose to subscribe to a BSFF Service, enter a BSFF promotion or choose to receive a BSFF newsletter. In addition, if you choose to contact any of our festival representatives, we may keep a record of that correspondence so that we may fully address the subject matter. We may also receive Personal Information from our business partners and other third parties.Business contact information such as the name, title, business address, email address or telephone number of a business or professional person or an employee of an organization is not considered Personal Information.
"Non-Personal Information" is information of an anonymous nature, such as your Internet Protocol Address (IP Address), the domain you may have used to access a BSFF Service, the type and version of browser or operating system you may be using, and the website you may have come from and visit next. Aggregate information, such as demographic statistics of our users (e.g. average age or geographical allocation of our users), number of visitors and average time spent on a BSFF Service, is also considered Non-Personal Information.
Non-Personal Information is collected or derived by us in the course of operating the BSFF Services. For example, our Web servers may automatically collect Non-Personal Information which is provided through your browser or stored on a Cookie or through a Web Beacon when you choose to visit a BSFF Service.
1. Tickets are sold subject to the festivals right to make any alterations to the advertised time, programme or film as a result of circumstances beyond their control, without being obliged to refund the monies or exchange tickets.
2. Tickets may only be refunded at the discretion of the Festival Management if there is substantial alteration to the content or the Festival being cancelled. The total amount of any refund is limited to the face value of the ticket(s). No other refunds will be given.
3. If a performance is cancelled ticket holders will first be offered alternative performances (subject to availability) up to the seat value on the ticket.
4. Every member of the audience, including children and babes in arms, must be in possession of a valid ticket, which must be produced to gain entry to the Spa Pavilion.
5. Any complaints shall be made to the Festival Manager promptly either before or during the performance.
6. If tickets are resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Festival Management, Producer or one of their authorised agents, then they will become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
7. Latecomers will be admitted to the auditorium when a suitable break in the performance occurs but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
8. In the interest of other patrons, parents with children are reminded they may be asked to remove any consistently noisy children. Age restrictions for children may apply due to the nature and suitability of the show as advised by the box office.
9. If a patron behaves in a violent or obnoxious manner or in a way that may cause danger to others through for example alcohol, the Management can request that the patron leaves the Spa Pavilion and will take appropriate action to enforce this right.
10. The use of recording equipment of any kind is prohibited. Unauthorised recordings will be confiscated and cancelled.
11. The Festival Management reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.
12. Mobile phones, pagers, digital watches, laser pens or any other electronic equipment should be disabled when inside the Spa Pavilion to avoid disturbing the cast and other patrons.
13. Smoking and the consumption of personal food and drink are not permitted in the Spa Pavilion.
14. Security searches may be conducted to ensure the safety of all patrons and your co-operation would be appreciated in assisting with their speedy execution. All patrons shall comply with the venue’s safety regulations.
15. All ticket holders consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience.
16. Neither the venue management nor the Festival producers accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal property. The Festival manager will hold any items handed in. 17. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, we reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.
18. The ticket holder only has a right to a seat to the value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those stated on the ticket.
19. English law and jurisdiction shall exclusively govern all the terms and conditions.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL TICKET HOLDERS The ticket holder only has a right to a seat to the value corresponding to that stated on the face of the ticket and the Management reserves the right to provide different seats to those stated but to the same value. By purchasing tickets you agree that they are for personal use of you and your party and that all members of your party are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions. Tickets may not be resold or transferred. Any resale or attempt to resell tickets at a higher price than purchased will result in your purchase being cancelled without prior notice. Tickets that have been lost or posted in advance and lost in the post will only be re-issued to the original purchaser on production of the purchasing credit card (where credit card was the purchasing method) and a passport or drivers license in person at the Ticket Sales Desk, immediately prior to the relevant performance. The Bram Stoker International Film Festival cannot be held responsible for tickets that are lost in the Royal Mail postal service. No alterations or amendment will be made to a booking without the original tickets being present at the point of sale. Exchanges must be requested in writing at least 5 days in advance of the performance with the original tickets enclosed and a service charge of up to £2.00 per ticket will be made. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed. English Law shall govern all the terms and conditions.
